Rewards earned through our platform, once redeemed, are not refundable or changeable. No warranty on any products. This includes, but is not limited to, non-refundable items such as air tickets. The flight date and time for redeemed air tickets cannot be changed once confirmed. For Hotel stays , status and elite nights are not usable and no point are awarded. Points are awarded only for match games that are scheduled and confirmed through the website or Telegram booking system.
